The movie is described as a white-knuckler. It totally is! What an amazing story. Very well told, with great acting. Very smart plot. Not your ordinary plodding action adventure. I can’t believe it took me 6 years to find it. Don’t wait another minute to see this fun movie.

This movie was really good; one that I would watch again. It kept my attention throughout, with surprise plots. I thought the actors did a great job. It is one of those movies where you can't figure out who is the good guy and who is not...(without giving too much away). If you liked the movie The Negotiator, you will most likely like this one.

Destroyer 2019

Description :

Great acting and a great story with an unexpected ending. I didn't think I was going to like it but it has a really gritty feel that made it unique and entertaining. Recommend.

While I understand the difficulties some people may have had following the flashbacks, part of the reason they might have done so is due to the expertly adroit way in which the editor integrated them with the present story. Nicole Kidman, whom I have long regarded as over-rated as an actress, is excellent in this role. You can see the pain, guilt, despair and regret that are eating her alive right there on her face and in her body language in every frame. The wardrobe, makeup and cinematography were beautifully in tune with her performance to bring Erin Bell to life.

The movie has a great plot and a great climax of the story but the way it ends leaves it open for a third installment, but so far we have nothing. I find movies that set up a hole for a third installment, but never fill it to be disappointing. It feels as though there is a section of Hellboy's story that we will never see on the silver screen because there isn't a third movie, but who knows, maybe someday with all these continuations and reboots and remasters running around nowadays.
